Due sanitary reasons lashes and Face Shields are NOT returnable. Sunglasses and other items are returnable within 3 days of receipt.
All returns must be in original condition. MUST be shipped with your invoice that can be found in your order confirmation email.
If package arrives damaged please email us @firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer must return the damaged product and a replacement will be resent. ONLY credits will be given for damaged items , if the item is unavailable.
If an item is missing from your order you must email us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Missing items will not be replaced after this time if we aren’t contacted.
Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be returned via the payment method originally used.
